Tom and I have been training for over a year now, 3x a week. He is a very qualified trainer with a vast knowledge of workouts and the science behind it. He is very thorough when planning my program to ensure my goals are being met. He takes the time to have me stretch properly so that I can complete a successful workout. He also doesn’t hesitate to correct my posture/ movement so that I don’t injure myself.
I have trained with multiple trainers over the years but Jennifer has been my favourite. She Definitely knows her stuff and is very well educated in her field. She is patient and very informative. She has done an amazing job on transforming my body. I gained more strength, gain muscles and my self esteem has sky rocketed. I appreciate Jennifer reaching out to motivate me even during the lockdown.
A year ago, I made a personal decision to embark on a weight loss journey to better my health and well-being. After six months of healthy eating and exercise, I dropped 20 lbs on my own, but there came a point in my routine where I plateaued for a few months and felt discouraged. I decided to take a chance with a personal trainer to jump start things and that is when I met Jen! She has been nothing short of AMAZING! She makes each workout challenging, creative, and most importantly, fun! I needed someone to push me past my physical limits and Jen doesn’t disappoint. She keeps my body guessing all the time. She’s a gem to be around, always friendly, thoughtful, and encouraging. Jen will guide and push you to reach your goals and set a foundation for a healthier lifestyle. She has not only helped me physically but also mentally to learn how to love my body again.
Xanadu health club is with out a doubt the best gym facility I have ever worked out in. With the vast variety of clean equipment and amazing staff, there is no other place I could possibly compare it too. There are a number of group fitness classes with qualified personal trainers, as well as so many other pieces of equipment to do what ever you’d like; indoor & outdoor. I would recommend this health club to anyone looking to get started into fitness, or anyone looking for a great change.
Xanadu is my #1 recommendation when someone asks about a training facility, it is exactly that! You have fantastic options for strength training, mobility training, weekly challenges and more! With the option of joining group classes, it covers every category. It is the cleanest facility I have been too in the Windsor Essex county. The staff and trainers are welcoming and the facility is very clean. Their shake bar is rocking too! It will forever be my number 1 choice for stress relief.
I never truly knew what to do in the gym or how to properly workout which always made me afraid to go. That all changed once I started Evolution! It is such a fun and caring environment where I learn new movements, different ways to push my body, and make new friends. All while feeling great and having a better mental health. I am truly grateful for the amazing staff and energy they put into each workout by making them all different. I would recommend this gym and studio to all my friends and family!

I absolutely love coming to Xanadu. I have been a member for about 3 years and have no complaints. Out of any gym I have tried out before, this is the one and only gym I feel motivated to take care of myself. The staff genuinely go out of their way to make me smile as soon as I walk through the doors. The club doesn’t have the old musky gym smell and is super clean. The equipment is reliable, easy to use, and is overall an encouraging environment.
Xanadu is clean, professional, and the perfect environment for all my training needs. The Steam Room and Sauna are fantastic and the showers are always fresh.

Jen St. Pierre has been my personal trainer for almost a year. The first 8 months of my training was sporadic due to my responsibilities to an elderly mother and grandchildren. She was always compassionate and understanding when I did attend. After making a personal decision to find balance in my life, both physically and emotionally, she welcomed me with open arms and we started in earnest on a training regimen. Regardless of my back and hip pain, fatigue, and life issues, Jen was consistently patient and encouraging. I have been using a personal trainer on a regular basis for eightteen months and have found it to be instrumental in helping me achieve a much higher level of phyical fitness. In addition to teaching proper technique and form, the trainer adds the critical element of accountability, helping me become much more motivated and focused on achieving my goals.
