Come out and get your pump on! This workout focuses on the Upper Body, including chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, core and much more. All the essential tools will be used, including dumbbells, barbells, bands and balls to name a few! Give it a try, you will love it!

Stretch & restore

Stretch & Restore

Focus on improving posture, mobility, functional strength  & preventive of injury using stretch & release techniques. There will be meditation at the end of the class to allow the body to heal. All levels welcome.
